30-DAY RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY:
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, the following terms apply:

• The returned item must have all factory tags still attached.
• If the item came in packaging, the package must be unopened.
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to get the item back to us.
• Item must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED:
Due to the nature of the products we sell, certain laws, and "good hygiene" reasons, we cannot accept returns for any: (1) Sets containing panties, thongs, etc.; (2) Individual thongs, panties, etc.; (3) Hosiery.

WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If we've sent you the wrong item or the item is defective, we will cover the cost of shipping to get the correct item back to you.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

1. Package your item with the original invoice. If you do not have the original invoice, please include your full name and email address in the package.

3. Please send the shipment to us via USPS.
   
   
4. Once the item is received, we will refund you the total amount you paid for the item(s) via the original form of payment used for the purchase.
